Dr. Denine Jimmerson
Owner, 21C Planet
Found, Board President
Dr. Denine Jimmerson specializes in creating and implementing student-focused experiences designed to engage creative thinking and problem solving. She is a professor, researcher, and professional development expert. Denine’s experience consists of integrating creative tools in the teaching and learning cycle, including game-based learning and animation. Denine’s experience stems from 20 years of experience in the field of youth services and urban education, bringing modern learning to the 21st century classroom.

Fused Learning founder, CEO, Richard Tavener is an Emmy®-award winning documentary film producer and co-founder of Imagine It™ multimedia curriculum for teachers to integrate the process of creative and critical thinking in the classroom. Richard is founder and co-producer of Adventures 2 Smarter World, a global platform to inspire and connect kids from around the world.
CEO, WalkTheShawn Productions
Shawn is a Creative Director and founder of WalkTheShawn Productions, a digital agency based in New York City. He has over ten years of experience providing branding, marketing, development, and production services to clients like New York University and FORTUNE 500® company Keller Williams. He is also a Certified Google Partner. Shawn currently serves on the Advisory Council for the national 501(c)3 non-profit food rescue organization Rescuing Leftover Cuisine.

Julie is a curriculum specialist for a Career and Technical High School in Yuma, Arizona. As curriculum specialist, she assess educational programs, selects textbooks and instructional technology. She trains teachers and develops curricula and assess how effectively a curriculum meets the students’ needs of students.
Ralph D Pahel

A native Coloradan, Ralph received his BA from the University of Northern Colorado and did graduate work at the University of Denver. He is a former teacher in Cheyenne, Wy and Denver after which he was an Executive Director with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas for over 20 years. After leaving the Boys and Girls Clubs he has spent more than 25 years as the Owner of the Pahel Insurance Group, LLC He is currently semi retired and active in various charities and civic groups.
Dr. Cindy Ziegler
Volunteer, Administrative Director
Dr. Cindy Ziegler specializes in creating engaging and innovative math curriculum focused on grades 5 through 10. She is a university administrator, instructional coach, researcher, and professional development expert. Cindy’s experience consists of integrating creative instructional practices in mathematics instruction that aligns with current national standards. Cindy’s expertise stems from over 20 years of classroom teaching and instructional coaching experience ranging from grade 2 through grade 12. Cindy’s background also includes over 10 years of experience as a professor and/or administrator in higher education.
